Number one priority Today  I'm going to show you five science experiment with the soda can. Like, check this out. First I'm going to grab a can and put a little bit of water in there. Not too much.  That's it. Then I'm gonna set it on a burner. Kids, do not try this at home.

Make sure you have adult supervision. Then we're going to get this can water inside of it to the boil. Just a little bit. Once the steam will start come out from the can it should be ready. OK.  Here goes nothing. [TING] You know what? Keep it on the fire a little bit longer. You see, because it wasn't hot enough, it did not implode. Alright, there goes nothing.  Whoa, nice. Alright, let's go.

Whoa, that one was the best. Look how much it implode.  That's awesome. Still pretty warm to the touch.  Again, that could be really hot, this can. Love this experiment.  It doesn't get old. [SWOOSH!]In this experiment with a can, we just need a cup. We're going to put it down and blow it sideways like this into the can and let's see what happens. [POOF] Wow, no way.  How did it fly out?I didn't' even blow down.  I just blew out down here. No way.  How is that possible? Look.  I'm just blowing a little into the cup, well even under. [Can Bounce]Wow, how cool is that? This experiment is awesome because anybody can do it, even kids. To make it even harder just grab another cup and blow it out so it lands into here. Let's try it. Yeah, it could be a lot more harder than you think. Oh, we're so close. Yeah, we made it![SWOOSH]For this science experiment, we're going to use the bottom of the can. We can actually make vacuum in there and make it as a suction cup. Let's demonstrate.

If you put it down and turn it, you have a good chance for it to get stuck on your hand. [Can hits table]You see it got stuck for a few seconds. BOOM. You see it? We got the vacuum and it gets stuck. But, instead of the hand, we're going to make something cooler. And, again, you can do it with the kids, they're gonna love it. So, simply what we're going to do is grab it from the forehead to the side. And, if you have a bald head clean shaved, you can do it with your bald head. And if you. . . [Bang] Woo! Nice.  We created a vacuum inside there and that's how it gets sucked and stuck on your forehead. Pretty awesome, huh? So once we practice with an empty can, get a can with half a drink still inside of it. And again, we're going to make it stuck to your head.  Create vacuum in there.  So it becomes a suction cup. BOOM. And then we're gonna grab a glass.

AHH! I'm missing. And then we're going to pour it from our forehead into the glass. How cool is that? That's a cool fun science experiment. [SWOOSH!]Check this out.  We can balance a can like that on a rim of the jar. Isn't it amazing? Wow.  And there's no glue or anything, just the balancing. And, you see, easy to fall off, so no glue. Let's see how to do it. What I did is measure out hundred ml of water or Coca Cola and I put it back inside of the can. It has to be about hundred ml because otherwise it might not work. And then, what I'm gonna do is just balance it. Just slowly.  Be super patient. And BOOM. Wow.  Look at that.  It's balancing. It looks impossible, don't you think? You see it just sits on the rim of the glass. No tricks.  No glue.  Nothing at all. And, if I'm gonna shake the table, [fist pound]BOOM. It falls in.  Awesome.

I love that experiment so much. [SWOOSH!]So I got here Diet Coke and Coke.  I'm gonna submerge them like that and then let it go. Why did Coke sink and Diet Coke does not sink? You see it just bubbles up pretty easily. Same thing will happen with Sprite and Sprite Zero. You see Sprite sunk right away, and Sprite Zero the diet Sprite, does not sink.  It's gonna float up. So, why is it happening? There's a simple answer. The Coke has 39 grams of sugar, and diet drinks does not have any sugar. Even though it's the same size drinks, and you can assume OK if they're the same size uh bottles, it's gonna weigh the same weight because it's liquid. But, because this liquid has a lot more sugar mixed into it, that liquid is actually a lot heavier than this one. Pretty amazing, huh?
